Cancellation & Missed Appointment Reminder: We must receive 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment if a cancellation is required. 50% of the appointment fee will be charged for first time cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. 100% of the appointment fee will be charged for a second consecutive appointment cancellation and for any subsequent consecutive cancellations thereafter. The full session rate will be charged for missed/no show appointments with no notice OR with less than 1 hour’s notice. This will be charged to your card on file.
